That's got to be the words of yesterday, as another of the bottom half of the brackets favourite characters plummeted out of the competition to Olivia Dunham, keeping 'Fringe's' hopes pushing forward into round 3, and leaving Elena to fight for 'The Vampire Diaries.' Also, it all appeared to be going smoothly for Chuck Bartowski, however a late surge by Liz Lemon saw 'Chuck' leave the competition, and '30 Rock' to cling on in with a very impressive victory. So perhaps two surprising results today, but based on the comments from yesterday's poll, a popular one amongst the people.
Today we have four characters I have to say I know very little about at all. Jack Bauer's defeat came at the hands of River Tam, one of the 'Firefly' crew, and that stands her in good stead against 'NCIS's' only hope for success, in Abby Sciuto. Following tat we have John Locke's defeater, Spike from 'Buffy', certainly to me the biggest shock of round one, and pitting him against Chloe Sullivan, from the ever popular 'Smallville' round these parts is an equally difficult challenge. I can't really comment on these characters, I'm gonna leave the thinking to you and get on with a Fringe Review :) May the best characters win....
