dontkillspikeNous sommes navrés de vous annoncer l’annulation de la convention HellMouth. Malheureusement la vente des pass n’a jamais décollé, vous êtes moins de 100 à avoir acheté un pass. Nous avons tout de même tenté le tout pour le tout en vous annonçons récemment Amy Acker qui se fait très rare en convention, mais cela n’a pas changé grand chose. De plus, des conventions Buffy/Angel sont maintenant organisées un peu partout en Europe, ce qui rend difficile de faire déplacer les Fans Européens.
Comme certain(e)s d’entre vous le savent déjà, ce type d’événement nécessite un budget important. En tant qu’association à but non lucratif, nous faisons tous nos événements par rapport à la vente des pass. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas le budget pour assurer un événement qui ne fonctionne pas.
Nous allons bien entendu tous vous rembourser. Vous allez recevoir le remboursement ce mois-ci. Pour ceux qui ont payé par la billetterie en ligne, Le Pot Commun va vous rembourser directement. Pour les autres qui ont payé par virement bancaire et chèques, merci de nous communiquer au plus vite vos informations bancaires pour un virement. Merci de nous préciser votre nom/prénom, votre achat ainsi que vos informations bancaires (IBAN et BIC). À cette adresse : ticketing@xivents.com
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour l’annulation de cet événement. Sachez que cette décision n’a pas été facile et nous en sommes très attristés. Nous espérons que vous comprenez que cela n’est pas de notre ressort. Nous sommes nous aussi des Fans de Buffy/Angel et cela aurait été un grand honneur d’accueillir Eliza Dushku, James Marsters, Amy Acker et vous bien-sûr. Merci à tous ceux qui ont acheté leur pass et nous espérons vous voir un jour, sur un de nos événements.

We are sad to announce you the cancelation of the HellMouth convention. Unfortunately the sale of the pass never increased, only 100 of you took their pass. We also tried to do the best we could by announcing recently Amy Acker who only attends a few convention but it didn’t changed anything. Moreover, Buffy/Angel conventions are now organized here and there in Europe, thus it’s more and more complicated to move the European Fans.
As some of you know it already, this kind of event requires an important budget. As a non-profit making association, we do all our events based on the sale of the pass. Unfortunately, we don’t have the budget to make that event profitable.
Of course all the Fans will be refunded. You will receive it within this month. For those who payed via the online ticketing, Le Pot Commun will refund you directly. For those who payed by wire transfer, please give us as soon as possible your bank informations for a wire transfer. Please give us also your name/first name as well as your purchase and your bank informations (IBAN and BIC) at: ticketing@xivents.com
We are truly sorry regarding the cancelation of the event. Please know that this decision was a hard decision for us and we are sad to do it. We hope that you understand that we are not responsible for the failure of the convention. We all are also Fans of Buffy/Angel and it would had been a great pleasure to welcome Eliza Dushku, James Marsters, Amy Acker and you of course. Thank you to the people who bought their pass and we hope to see you someday at one of our events.
We never start out the losing party, if someday we have the chance to do that convention, we will do it…
