Wizard World Cancels James Marsters Appearance at @WizardWorld Portland | @JamesMarstersOf

Sorry for the delay in posting this news, but it all happened when I was at work & couldn't post! So, per James himself, Wizard World has cancelled James' appearance at the upcoming Wizard World Portland event, February 22-24. It's truly mind-boggling to me that they would do this, but do it they have. Details below.

I just received sad news concerning Wizard World’s Portland convention. For reasons that are confusing to me they have cancelled my appearance. I was really excited to meet the good people of Portland, and to hang out with all of my many fellow cast mates from ‘Buffy’.

WW has really pulled out all the stops to make Portland a Buffy extravaganza, and I was really looking forward to celebrating the show. I know it will be a great experience for all those who attend. I look forward to hearing about it, but I won’t be included in the line up.😢

Visit James' Twitter for more; he sounds just as baffled by this decision as the rest of us! And no word from Wizard World at all so far.

Additionally, none of the other Buffy alum seem to have been cancelled, so 😕.
